Mr Dzung is very well-connected with the central government, provincial authorities and business communities in Vietnam. He is a deal maker. He has helped foreign companies enter the market, match the business partners, get licenses and permits. For local companies, he helps them to reach out to the world market, getting financing and expertise, and market access as well. He also works as a lobbyist and policy advocate. He has many years of experience on international level in all aspects of Corporate Affairs, with a proven track record in different industries such as: real estate, tobacco, healthcare and pharmaceutical at various MNCs like BAT, Imperial Brands PLC, Johnson & Johnson, Nestlé. Recently he has helped China Fortune Land Development, a Chinese developer enter Vietnam successfully.

He has joined the entourage of the official state visits to foreign countries by Vietnam leaders including Vietnam Communist Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong to China 2017, Vietnam President Tran Dai Quang to China in 2017 and recently with current Vietnam Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh to Singapore in February 2023.

He has been currently active in real estate, industrial parks, finance, re-finance, arrangement and M&A activities.

He is also well-known for managing local and international media. 

He obtained his MBA from Nanyang Business School at NBS-NTU, Singapore and MIT in 2004.
